  • with faced mineral-fibre insulation
  • Insulation thickness from 100 mm up to 120 mm
  • A 30 mm thermoblock between purlin and panel alleviates cold bridging
  • All panel splices are sealed
  • Fixed with stainless steel self-drilling fasteners

ATLAS-Clad-Roof ACR 40/60.

As above, but with 60 mm thick Thermoblocks and insulation up to 160 mm thick.

 

ATLAS-Clad-Dach ACR 40/80 -160

 ATLAS-Clad-Roof ACR 40/80 up to 160.

  • Twin-skin roof system
  • with spacers between the inner and outer panels fixed to the load bearing substructure
  • space for 80, 100, 120, 140 and 160 mm thick thermoblock used to avoid cold bridges placed between the purlin and roof panel.
  • All panel  splices are sealed and fixed with stainless steel self-drilling fasteners
  • Interior panels are fixed with galvanised self-drilling screws

Dimentions

Atlas-Clad-Roof panels are manufactured according to the lengths required by the manufacturing drawings, (width approx. 1000 mm).

Erection and fixing

The trapezoidal roof panels overlap each other along the sides and are screwed into place following the application of a permanently flexible mastic sealant. The panels are fixed to the structures with stainless steel self-tapping and drilling screws each of which has an EPDM washer to further ensure watertightness. For built-up or green roofs the panels are laid in the opposite direction as a load-brearing skin to take the top layers of the roof construction.
